Very hectic schedule, back in full force.

This month as well as last month have been super busy. Thus the reason for no posts or emails.

10-13 hours at the gym and then home to eat along with my training have really took alot out of me.

To the point where I have not felt like getting on line. My gym The Machine Shop has been blessed to be very busy and that along with my training and finishing up on my long overdue new releases of DVDs has plain wore me out.

I can tell you that my DVD LET THE STRETCHING BEGIN is done and being sent to the Grandmaster Dennis Rogers to begin producing.

Armored Core 2 is just about finished just adding some final touches. And my 3rd dvd Spread Your Wings and Fly away is also in it's final stages.

I know I have been saying they will be done for a while now , and thanks for being patient. The wait will be well worth it.

Tomorrow I will go in to detail about the first DVD. Also along with all the above, and for those who might not have heard,

I am engaged!!! Planning to marry next fall. As you can see in the picture above.
