One of our new members Pastor D.York did an amazing 20 Super Sprawls in 40 seconds. Pastor D was many pounds heavier when I first met him a few yrs back.
But since that time he started bike riding and dropped 60#!!! on his own. Pastor recently joined our ranks and is in much better shape than he gives himself credit for. Not only is Pastor D strong in his spiritual walk but his physical walk as well. We are very glad to have this man in our Dojo.
Another very impressive new member is another Man of God: Jason Collins. I have gotten to know this Gent and his family quite well and he is one strong brother!
1arm presses with 100# standing up, all the while nursing his shoulder back to health.,300+ bench presser, 500+deadlifter and more. Brother J is a welcome blessing to The Shop and I look forward to seeing just how much better this man gets.
Not to be out done by his brother Jason is one of my old standbys Joshua Collins. I used to train Josh and he has been blessed to be very busy with his company so he has not been to steady lately. But brother Josh looks like he has dropped a few more # and when he is in the gym he really sets the tone for intensity and determination. Josh can often be seen working out with the man who can pop at any time, anywhere................Brother Carson Atwood. I truly believe that if you are stuck in the middle of nowhere Brother Carson will pop up right before your eyes out of a bush or just in with the wind, I think Brother C as I call him has Ninja Powers.
