A Little Ab Action.


Having a strong set of abdominals is very important. A strong core will carry over to your other lifts and feats of strength.

Don't forget to include some lower back work for the lumbar region. Such as hyper extension, good mornings, or some form of deadlift..

Strong lower back and strong abs go hand in hand.
